From the moment you walk into this bright and cheerful beach house, you know that it’s going to be the perfect spot for a vacation with family and friends.

This 4BR, 3.5BA home has all the comforts of home. The vaulted living room, with a large-screen TV, movies, books, puzzles and games, is a comfortable place for everyone to hang out. Guests rave about the spacious, well-appointed kitchen which has all the tools you’ll need to make preparing meals a breeze. There’seven a second refrigerator located in the laundry room off the kitchen.

The beach (and beach access) is just across the street so you can enjoy the ocean view, the sound of the surf and the cool ocean breeze from the expansive front porch. For the early risers, experience the serenity of a walk on the beach at sunrise or a cup of coffee on the front porch. An outdoor shower is located under the house where you can wash your sandy toes.
A beautiful backyard provides plenty of open space for the kids to play while the adults relax or prepare a barbeque on the gas grill located downstairs.
 
Each bedroom and living space has been carefully considered with your comfort in mind. Speaking of comfort, the huge sunroom provides several areas to relax and take in the view of the lush backyard: a second living area with a TV, a breakfast table, a reading nook and two day beds make it an ideal space to end your day.
Enjoy a family meal at the dining table off the kitchen that seats eight and the bar that seats four or take in the ocean view while dining on the front porch.
The Folly Beach County Park is just a half mile down the street, where beachgoers can enjoy the benefit of lifeguards, restrooms, showers and a view all the way to Kiawah! Downtown Folly and the pier are just a short mile away. There, you’ll find restaurants, shops and businesses that offer lessons and rental equipment for surfing, kayaking, paddleboards and nature tours.
There’s plenty of parking under the house for all your guests. A really popular and fun way to get around the island is by golf cart. There is often a golf cart, conveniently parked under the house, available as a rental from Charleston Golf Cart Rentals (call in advance to arrange rental).
Downtown Charleston is a quick 12-mile drive from Folly, where you can book history tours,
check out secret gardens, try out some amazing restaurants and take advantage of the world class
shopping.
