The Oceanaire is a cozy 3 bed and 3 bath Isle of Palms vacation rental townhouse that is perfect for the family that wants all the perfection of a postcard at their fingertips.
The home is quaintly decorated with nautical and Charlestonian references hanging on the walls allowing the wonder of nature that frolics just outside your door to do the talking. When you first step into The Oceanaire you see the design of the first level drawing your gaze past the full kitchen, past the dining room, past the comfort of the living room and onto the roomy balcony where you stand nearly eye level with a grove of Palmetto Trees and other vegetation that surround the blue waters of the pool dedicated to guests of Mariners Walk. A large sliding glass door bordered by two equally large windows welcome the splendor of nature into the entirety of the first floor.
Step onto the balcony of this vacation rental and you realize that this is not just a view of the freshwater oasis. To the right are the dunes and sands of the Isle of Palms beach, separated from your door by only a few steps. The rolling waves of the Atlantic Ocean lap ashore while the ocean breeze gently strokes the fronds of the Palmetto Trees and you can enjoy it all from the comfort of your personal balcony.
Use the private walkways to dip your feet in the pool or the salty water of the ocean. It’s literally just outside your door. Inside this vacation rental on Isle of Palms, sensible tile floors create a smooth transition to the ocean vista. The first level of this vacation condo is dedicated to the shared living space of the kitchen, dining room and living room as well as a single bedroom with queen bed and bath. Upstairs are the two remaining bedrooms including the master which has its own ocean view above the balcony as well as a stand-up shower. The first upstairs room features two twins, the master offers a king bed. Of course, as a guest you are always a short walk or bike ride from all of the amenities of Wild Dunes including the restaurants and shops of the Grand Pavilion, world class golf and tennis as well as wildlife that includes dolphin, egrets, and even sea turtles.

We loved our stay. The location can't be beat. Steps from the pool and beach, beautiful view of the ocean, and mostly quiet neighborhood. The property managers were super helpful and quick to fix a couple of super-minor issues. Highly recommend.

Nice stay at Mariners Walk
The unit was clean and spacious with a great view of the pool and the ocean. It has a nice deck with a table and lounges. The pool is great and good for doing laps.

Don't think twice about booking this place! Amazing views and location. Everything about this place is convenient and comfortable. Our kids/tweens loved it. Would definitely stay again.

Nothing Short of Wonderful!
From the easy check in service to the time it we left this condo was nothing short of wonderful. Steps from both the pool and the beach made for enjoyable and easy play for our little one. But also gave our older son the freedom to explore on his own. Will stay here again.

Clean, convenient and comfortable!
This was our second year staying at this terrific condo. Location is perfect: close to pool and beach. Rooms are tastefully decorated, beds are comfortable. Amazing condo location
Nice clean condo in great location. Close to beach and pool and many Wild Dunes amenities. Great layout and loved that each bedroom had a full bath-there was room for everyone. Q: what are the cancelation policy- James p. Posted: 03/15/2021A:Payment Schedule & Cancellation Policy:Initial payment is 50% of the base rental rate and due by the reservation confirmation date. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. The credit card provided during booking is charged on these dates unless a payment by check is received prior to each due date. As allowed by SC law, payments are not refundable and reservations cannot be changed as properties are individually owned and reservations are time sensitive. Returned checks incur a $75 NSF fee.
In the event, a guest is unable to utilize a reserved property and another guest replaces the original guest’s reservation, dunes properties will extend the courtesy of refunding all payments made excluding travel insurance and a $100.00 administration fee. This courtesy ensures the property owner receives payment for dates held by a guest and made unavailable to other potential guests. In this event, refunds will be processed only after the new reservation is confirmed.So, if and when a guest decides to cancel their reservation after their confirmation date but before their final payment date then we hold the "prepay amount" and will refund any excess payments. If a guest cancels after the final payment due date then we will hold all funds.When a guest cancels, we hold the appropriate funds and open the dates back up for booking. If the dates book then we refund the guest minus a $100 cancellation fee. Our system notifies us 30 days after the cancelled reservation's check out date, but guests are welcome to call and notify us if they notice that their dates have been filled at anytime.If the dates do not get rebooked, then the original guest is welcome to un-cancel their booking, pay any outstanding balances and use the dates. We are unable to transfer the funds from the original booking to new dates, the funds can only be applied to the same dates. If the guest can only attend some of the dates, we cannot refund or adjust the total amount due.
