Brand new 4 bedroom and 4 bath vacation home with a private pool, available in the spring of 2022! Located only a block from the shops and restaurants of Center Street, Marie Marsh will soon be a popular Folly Beach destination. Be one of the first to enjoy this wonder new beach house!
On the first floor, you will find the open living and dining area, in addition to the gourmet kitchen. There is also a king bedroom with a full bath in the hall.
On the second floor, you will find two more king bedrooms with ensuite baths, and a bunk room with two sets of bunks that each have a twin over a full bed with an ensuite bath.
Sit on the back deck and watch the kids play in your private pool or take a shot stroll to the beach.
If you would like the pool to be heated, please let us know.
Under the house, you will find parking for 4 cars. If you would like to use the electric vehicle charger, please let us know.
Marie Marsh is one half of a duplex. Langdon Lagoon is the other 4 bedroom/4 bath and it also has a private pool. Rent them both for an 8 bedroom/ 8 bath vacation home. Stay tuned for updates!
