An amazing house for our group of 10: 3 couples with 4 kids aged 10-13. The house exceeded our expectations and was a great value!! Loved the decor and that there was a bathroom for each couple! The kids had their own space on the top floor and opted to hang out at the house every chance they had. Our group also loved Folly Beach- would definitely highly recommend to anyone looking for a low key, chill vacation destination in South Carolina.

The multi-level home suited our family well. The kids could tuck away upstairs and play while the adults enjoyed the main level with the kitchen and living area. We were happy with all of the amenities and would recommend this house to others. Thank you!

The house is very spacious and was able to easily fit 7 people while still feeling huge. There was plenty of seating plus an incredible view of the beach. The pool and hot tub were heating, allowing us to enjoy even in winter!

Great space perfect for multiple families to share. House was clean when we arrived and had all the necessities for our stay. The pool was a group favorite, particularly for our toddler.

This house has it all. Has a perfect space for 2-3 couples as well as an entire floor that the kids get. Only issue is the kids get the best view in the house! Pool/Hot Tub/Location were amazing. Will definitely be back and will target a couples weekend next time.

This house has it all! Location, Views, Kids Floor, On Suite/TVs in every room, Pool/Hot Tub Oasis, Open Floor Plan, and Privacy! Everything was perfect, perfect house for families or adult weekend away!

High Tide was perfect location for our family. Everyone had their own space and it was perfectly located just far enough from main street that we felt like we had the beach to our selves. Amazing 2nd/3rd floor views of ocean and pool/hot tub was perfect for everyone.

There was everything you need. Even board games for the family to play. The pool was so nice and the beach is just a short walk. The house is so spacious. We loved it

Great home! Very clean. Super location just a block from the beach. 1 mile from shops and restaurants. 30 minutes to Charleston. Pool & hot tub were wonderful! Plenty of room for the 7 of us! Would definitely stay here again!

Came for a girl's weekend. We stayed at the house the majority of the time. The pool and hot tub were amazing! The house is so spacious and nicely appointed. We had a great time!

You will not be disappointed in High Tide! The pool and hot tub are amazing. The kids ran them sell tired everyday outside and the bed swing was great for our afternoon naps. 3rd floor kids area was great for all and allowed the adults there own space. Each bedroom has there own tv and bathroom so you had your own space when you needed it. The views were great and it was a short walk to the beach each day which was not as busy as we expected which was great. We will definitely be back!
