Introducing the "Sea Cookie," an idyllic retreat on the Charleston coast tailor-made for small groups seeking to escape. Even your beloved four-legged friend is welcome to join you on this adventure (pet fees: $250 per dog). This meticulously maintained oceanfront haven boasts two bedrooms and two bathrooms, seamlessly blending contemporary luxury with timeless charm. Nestled at the tranquil eastern tip of Folly Beach, away from the lively Center Street hubbub, the home resides at the very end of Arctic Avenue.

This location ensures minimal traffic while being within a short drive to the downtown area. The home features a capacious screened-in porch adjoining an expansive open-air deck, both positioned on the ocean-facing side. From these vantage points, your view extends over sand dunes, sea oats, and the Atlantic Ocean, stretching as far as the eye can see.

Access to the sand and waves is effortlessly granted via a beach walkover. An outdoor shower offers a convenient place to rinse the sand, ensuring that the beach's presence remains outside.

Inside, hard surface flooring graces the entirety of the "Sea Cookie." Abundant windows adorn the kitchen and living room, allowing the beach's natural beauty in. Tall ceilings expand the home's sense of space, affording ample room throughout. The primary bedroom has access to a private deck with an ocean view, seamlessly linked to the main deck via a walkway. The primary bathroom exudes charm and includes dual sinks for your convenience.

Configuration of Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: 1 King bed with an attached private bath
Bedroom 2: 1 King bed with shared bathroom (with hall)
Living room: 1 Queen sleeper sofa

A brief drive or leisurely stroll leads you to Center Street, home to an array of restaurants, shops, and entertainment options.

***The City of Folly Beach has scheduled beach renourishment for this spring. The project will start at the West end of the island at the county park progressing towards the pier in blocks. The completion is slated for August. While this is welcomed news given the recent erosion from storms and high tides, we realize the potential for disruption based on the project’s timing.


We are committed to ensuring your vacation experience remains enjoyable. While most of the beach will remain publicly accessible during the construction, there is a possibility that certain sections of the beach, typically about 500 feet at a time, may be temporarily closed off. The active work area moves every 5 to 7 days on average.


Due to so many external factors, we have no way to predict an accurate timeline for when the project will be at any given location. However, if we anticipate in advance that the project may affect your stay, we will be reaching out to you.


In the small chance the project directly affects your beachfront vacation, we will work closely with you to discuss options.
