Description
We have a strict occupancy limit for all of our vacation rentals. Those that violate the terms of occupancy, host events, and or parties will result in immediate eviction, and possibly be arrested for trespassing. The City of Folly Beach has strict rules and regulations regarding such events and possible loss of homeowner’s business license. Every home is designed to host vacation guests and we appreciate your understanding. Please feel free to inquire for more information.
Welcome to “Our Sanctuary”! 1019 East Arctic has been fully renovated and revamped! The extended beachside decks are a perfect space to layout, hangout, or cookout!
The reverse floor plan allows for the living room and kitchen to overlook the beautiful oceanfront views Folly Beach has to offer. Folly Beach is the premier beach surrounding Charleston, and “Our Sanctuary” is the perfect place to call home for a week of relaxation. Don’t forget to pack the surfboard, Our Sanctuary is at the beginning of the washout, the premier break on Folly Beach. The fully updated kitchen has additional seating at the large island as well as a separate dining table to accommodate seven. A small round table off the kitchen is the perfect place to enjoy that cup of coffee and plan the day's adventures.
Underneath the beach house has been transformed into a shaddy hangout spot. This is perfect for a quick lunch break from the morning beach session or an evening lowcountry boil dinner at sunset.

Room #1 = Bunk Bed. 1 Twin on top Full on the bottom.
Room #2 = Bunk Bed. 1 Twin on top Full on the bottom.
Room #3 = Queen Bed.
Room #4 = Oceanfront King Bed.
Room #5 = Oceanfront King Bed.
There is a private beach access with an outdoor shower. Refreshing after a long day at the beach and to ensure the toes are all clear of sand.
*The elevator is available to guests, however we cannot guarantee it works for every rental. Residential elevators can fail and when they do, repairs, parts and technician services can take days or weeks to complete*
*The owner's golf cart is tucked away out of the way. Please keep off. If interested in golf cart rentals. Please ask our team.*

Listening to the Waves Crash
Sitting out under the stars on the porch and listening to the waves crash. "Fantastic layout. Plenty of space for a party of 10 to spread out. Great bathrooms. Well appointment. Our stay was above expectations. We felt like we were at home and literally felt like we were staying in our own home. Everything we needed was stocked and available at our finger tips. Already planning a return to Folly for our next spring vacation...

Very Well-Equipped

WonderfulThanksgiving Family Gathering
There were 11 of us who gathered for a family Thanksgiving. My husband and myself and then 2 of our married children and their children and then 2 of our unmarried children. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our group comfortably. The kitchen was also well stocked to prepare food for this special occasion. There were plenty of pots and pans, a potato peeler and masher etc. I We also enjoyed all the different decks

Spectacular home directly on the beach!!
