Pool closes for the season October 20th

Sandy Paws Retreat is ideally situated across from the beach, right in the heart of Folly! Boasting a vast pool and a spacious fenced yard, it's an ideal spot for hosting family and friends, including your beloved four-legged companions. The first-floor porch is divided into both screened and open areas, while the upper porch is accessible through a bedroom. Both provide stunning ocean views. With ample comfortable seating between the pool deck and the porches, you can soak up the sun or relax in the shade, your choice!

Featuring a cheerful coastal vibe, the decor of this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom abode is light and airy. The fully stocked and spacious kitchen provides everything you need to whip up a delectable meal. To add some fun to the mix, the kitchen boasts a dining table that doubles as a pool table. This versatile piece is sure to be a hit with your group!

Downstairs, you will find the first bedroom with a king sized bed and TV. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, TV, and en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, you will find the other two bedrooms. One includes a queen sized bed, TV, and private ocean facing porch. It is the perfect place to watch the waves while sipping your coffee or a favorite cocktail. The final bedroom is equipped with 2 twins, and a 'beach bunk bed' with a full sized bed on the bottom and twin on top and a TV.

The ocean is just across the street, the famous Folly Pier is one and a half blocks away and the center of town is only a two block stroll. Make sure that you explore the eclectic beach shops, the many delicious restaurants or grab an ice cream cone on Center St.

PETS:
Well behaved house-broken and flea treated dogs are welcome with approval. Please include the breed and size of your dog when you inquire. Pets are not allowed in the upstairs and there's a gate that will help with this. Pets are not permitted in the pool. There’s a $250 pet fee for each pet.

THE SWIMMING POOL:
It’s an option to heat the pool during the following months: March, April, May, September, October and November. There is a $250 fee to heat the pool. It takes 12-24 hours to fully heat the pool so please let the staff know right away if you would to heat the pool.

Be sure to leave your mark on Sandy Paws Retreat - the Folly famous handprint wall has prints from vacationers from all over the world!

SMOKING: Absolutely no smoking allowed anywhere on the property including the outdoor areas.

We have a firm limit on the number of occupants allowed in each of our vacation homes. Any guests who breach the occupancy terms, hold gatherings or parties, will face immediate eviction, and could even face arrest for trespassing. The City of Folly Beach has a stringently enforced set of rules governing such events, which could also cause homeowners to have their business license revoked. Our homes are specifically designed to accommodate vacationers and we thank you for your cooperation. If you require more details, do not hesitate to ask.
