The balcony may become your favorite place! The well-appointed, updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counters, a colorful tile backsplash and is equipped with everything you need to cook a group meal. The beautiful dining room table has room for guests. After your meal, relax in living room on the cozy couches while watching the large flat screen TV. In the event you have to do a little work, this villa come equipped with high speed internet.
The master bedroom suite features a queen sized bed and flat screen TV as well as an en suite bathroom including an updated walk-in shower. You can enjoy the oceanfront views with your access to the balcony.
The other three bedrooms each have a queen bed, accommodating a total of 8 people. Two of the rooms share a bathroom while the 4th has it’s own private bathroom. The villa also comes complete with a washer and dryer for guests use. Being on the top level of the Charleston Oceanfront Villas provides unrivaled views of the beach, sunrises and sunsets. This property is conveniently located close to the elevator corridor for easy access. Charleston Oceanfront Villas is a gated oceanfront complex only 15 minutes from historic downtown Charleston and just steps from the shops and restaurants of Folly Beach. These luxurious villas feature 2 oceanfront pools, 2 elevators, private covered parking, and amazing views. The pools are open seasonally each year from April 1- October 31st!
Charleston Oceanfront Villas is a gated oceanfront complex located steps from the shops and restaurants of Folly Beach. These villas feature 2 oceanfront pools, 2 elevators, private covered parking, and amazing views. The pools at the Oceanfront Villas are open seasonally from April 1 - October 31st, weather permitting.
The temperature of the pools is not controlled, and will largely depend on the outside weather conditions. Building management is responsible for the upkeep of the pools and elevators on the property. They may close either of these amenities for routine maintenance or cleaning as and when required.
Parking is limited to two spaces per villa and passes are complimentary. If additional parking is desired, it is at the discretion of the building management and based on availability. If additional parking passes are available, guests may elect to purchase them, but the cost can range up to $100 per pass.

Wonderful vacation
This condo was great for our family and friends who we shared the condo with. The ocean view was perfect with plenty of room on the balcony. The condo was well stocked with pots and pans. The beds were comfortable.All appliances worked.Overall very good.

Beautiful!
The location of this condo is perfect! Beautiful ocean and beach views. Very nice beach for walks and boogie boarding. Easy walk to restaurants and shops and a short drive to Charleston. This 4 bedroom condo is is very well equipped and we would definitely stay here again.

419 Charleston Oceanfront Villas in Folly Beach
Great view from the balcony to see the ocean and up and down the beach. This is our 2nd time staying in this same room and it was just as good as the first time! We had a great trip and really enjoyed the property and surrounding areas.

Perfect condo for 2 small families!
Perfect size for 2 couples and 3 children. Amazing views. Unit was clean and comfortable with updated kitchen and bathrooms. We hope to stay again!

Perfect family vacation!

Great condo with a great view.
Very roomy and well equipped. Convenient to downtown restaurants and bars. Actually within walking distance. Very nice covered parking with wider than normal parking spaces. The two pools very accessible and clean. Would definitely stay here again, only negative is beach is very crowded in summer.

Great location at the heart of Folly Beach and near the pier
Located on the 4th floor provided excellent views. Perfect location to be in walking distance to the shops and restaurants on Center Street and an easy drive to Charleston and the airport. The unit was very spacious with large bedrooms and bathrooms. The unit is conveniently located near the elevator and midway between the two staircases. Dunes Properties the property management company is located within a quarter mile and were extremely nice and organized. We were originally considering staying in the city of Charleston but made the correct decision to stay here in Folly Beach during the heat of the summer. We would stay here again. We traveled as a family of six with 4 adult kids. Plenty of room and the unit could easily accommodate 4 couples.

A MOST WONDERFUL CONDO
What a wonderful place to spend a vacation. This is not our first visit and will definitely not be the last. We have tried other places in the past but nothing compares to this one. The views from the fourth floor are amazing. The children had the opportunity to watch the dolphins and were delighted. The condo is exceptionally clean, modern, up-to-date appliances and a well furnished kitchen. This is a gated facility with free parking and a handy elevator for transporting belongings right to your door. It is like magic to wake in the morning, get your cup of coffee and watch the sun rise from your bed. Must mention, the beds are unbelievable comfortable. Bedrooms are very spacious with private baths and the facility is very quiet. There is much entertainment for the entire family just minutes from the condo and fantastic restaurants everywhere. We cannot forget to mention the wonderful beach although it was a bit chilly on this visit but we have enjoyed it on previous visits and are already planning our next visit in warmer weather. Awesome Trip!
The property was extremely clean and well stocked. The employees at Dunes Property (where we picked up the keys and passes) we very nice and helpful. There was six adults in our party and we had plenty of space and privacy. The location to the elevator was perfect as two of our party were elderly. The access to the beach was very convenient as well. Easy walk across the road to all the little shops and restaurant's. We loved it and would definitely stay here again!

A Wonderful Vacation
My mother, boyfriend, two best friends, and I all stayed at this wonderful place and all I can say is WOW! I was speechless the moment I walked in it was beautiful. The kitchen was so clean and pristine and so well kept up. We hardly went out for breakfast because we had everything we needed! We visited so many places and every time we saw our room we just all felt this sense of relaxation. Having coffee on the porch in the morning watching the waves was the most beautiful thing to see in the morning. I am already planning on coming back soon to this wonderful place!
