In addition to a beautiful sunrise over the ocean, you can literally see where the sea meets the sky on the horizon. It is easy to find relaxation from the moment you enter this 3 bedroom, 3 bath slice of paradise. Each bedroom has its own TV, adding to the luxury after a long day at the beach.
As you walk into King Neptune, you're greeted with an immediate view of the ocean through the floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors in the back of the condo through the living room.
Immediately to the left there is a queen bedroom with an en suite bathroom, and immediately to the right is another queen bed with a bathroom that also has hallway access.
Follow the main hallway further, and you're greeted with the open and calming kitchen space, perfect for cooking a meal in with the family!
There is a dining table for 6 at the table as well as 3 additional stools at the counter. The open dining space leads into the coastal living room, where each seat has a spectacular view of the ocean and the Folly Beach Fishing Pier.
Off of the living room is the final master bedroom with a king bed and its own renovated, en suite bathroom.

Finally, with nothing but the ocean and the famous Folly Beach Fishing Pier staring back at you from your private balcony, it’s hard to believe that all of the restaurants and shopping on Folly Beach are just steps from the parking lot. King Neptune really has everything you could want while searching for vacation rentals on the Charleston Coast. The Charleston Oceanfront Villas feature 2 pools right next to the beach that are open seasonally from April 1- October 31st! The elevated nature of the condos also provides covered parking underneath the building, provided an easy walk from the car to the elevator.

Charleston Oceanfront Villas is a gated oceanfront complex located steps from the shops and restaurants of Folly Beach. These villas feature 2 oceanfront pools, 2 elevators, private covered parking, and amazing views. The pools at the Oceanfront Villas are open seasonally from April 1 - October 31st, weather permitting.

The temperature of the pools is not controlled, and will largely depend on the outside weather conditions. Building management is responsible for the upkeep of the pools and elevators on the property. They may close either of these amenities for routine maintenance or cleaning as and when required.

Parking is limited to two spaces per villa and passes are complimentary. If additional parking is desired, it is at the discretion of the building management and based on availability. If additional parking passes are available, guests may elect to purchase them, but the cost can range up to $100 per pass.
