Great Property and location

One of the nicest properties we have stayed in on Folly. Hope to return next year. Location was perfect, plenty of space and well stocked kitchen. Very close to town and all the restaurants on the island.

Great location overlooking the ocean. Spacious, clean and fairly well equipped. Short walk to all the shops, bars and restaurants of Folly Beach. Only noise we heard was the sound of the surf rolling in.

Perfect locations

My family had a great time during our spring break. Location of condo is awesome, walkable to everything in Folly Beach. Definitely check out the deck bars at Loggerhead’s right behind the condo for a nightcap - live music and great atmosphere. Same at Taco Boy, but they had a DJ outside when we were there (go early to snag a spot at the rooftop bar). Condo was clean, and I say that as a family with several germophobes. Pools looked fun but didn’t open until the day we left, which we expected. Fantastic beach views right from the balcony and only a 20 min drive into Charleston with tons more to explore. Hope to be back!

Excellent Location and Condo on the Beach

We loved this very spacious condo and perfect location. It was clean and located right on the ocean with amazing views. Everything was in order and spotless upon arrival making for a great start of a stress-free vacation. Would highly recommend for a family get away or get together with friends.

Great ocean front

Spacious enough for 6 adults and 2 children (2 and 6yrs). Great bedrooms and really good size bathrooms. Literally steps from the beach. Balcony large enough for our whole family to be on at the same time. Can’t go wrong with this condo.

Great Mini Beach Vacay

Well stocked kitchen for all of cooking needs, great space of rooms and I like that all the rooms don’t come directly off of the kitchen/living room. Balcony was big and had an incredible view. Love going to loggerheads across the street for dinner and live music. Great experience. LOVED the shopping carts for bringing bags up and down the elevator. Perfect for packing and unpacking.

Perfect long weekend

We have been coming to Folly Beach for over 20 years, but this was the first time we've stayed at this condo and it was amazing! We love Folly at Thanksgiving, and we typically rent a smaller house, but this year we had an extra family member and needed a fourth bedroom and bath, and this place totally fit the bill. Because I am in charge of cooking the Thanksgiving meal, and typically do so in a rental kitchen, I'm used to having to bring so many of the things I need from home, and cooking without luxuries I tend to take for granted, having said that, I did not have to settle in this kitchen. It was well stocked with so many things, I was truly impressed!! You can't beat the location and the view is breathtaking. You can hear the waves from inside the condo, it's incredible. The place is well stocked: plenty of bath towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, bar soap, everything you need.... and so much more! games, extra blankets, extra pillows, and the list goes on. The newly renovated bathrooms are beautiful, and the beds are very comfortable. There's plenty of storage space for clothes and suitcases. We truly had a wonderful stay and cannot thank you enough for providing us the perfect backdrop for another year of beautiful Folly Thanksgiving memories!!

Awesome Location

We were with our family. We loved the condo. Very clean and well stocked. It was beachy in the front and party in the back...close to live music and restaurants. Perfect. Would definitely stay there again.

Great vacation spot!

Wonderful, relaxing and fun vacation. 407 Charleston Ocean Front Villa is a wonderful, updated condo we have rented in the past and love. The beach was great, the town of Folly is fun and of course it helps that the villa is only a short drive to Charleston! I highly recommend renting this villa and trusting your vacation needs to Dunes Properties.

Family Vacation
This was a first time visit to the area for most of my family & we had a great time. Plenty of room for 6 adults & 2 kids. The TV in the kids room didn't work. This wasn't a big deal but would have been nice for the times they wanted to stay up late & watch something other than what we were watching. There was a DVD player there but we didn't bring any since we didn't know about the TV. Everyone loved the condo-it was very comfortable & well kept. Great location. Can't wait to go back!

Absolutely fabulous!
I am a former Charleston resident and have returned to stay in Jan-Feb for the past two years. I love this condo - it is bright, clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. It has puzzles, games, and wifi. I enjoyed using my netflix account "chromecasting" to the living room TV. I always invite my friends and family to join me and we have everything we need. Since #407 on the top floor, it has a sundeck open to the sun and stars, which I really love. Even in the winter months, I enjoy the beach view while being sheltered from the wind on the deck. Folly is an "ungated" island, more old-fashioned in feel, with lots of beach shops and restaurants if you don't want to go into town. It has a convenient grocery and a fresh seafood market. Hard to beat!

Favorite Beach Vacation
This is a beautiful and extremely comfortable condo. I have rented this unit many times and can't wait for an upcoming trip in May! The owner keeps the condo beautifully decorated and updated with ne w baths, kitchen, and furniture. Sunrise and sunsets are incredible from the fourth story balcony! This is truly the only beach condo I have rented over the years that I can recommend unconditionally. Of course, its location on beautiful Folly Beach and 20 minute drive to downtown Charleston only enhance its appeal!

We choose this property for our family vacation and it was perfect for our extended family of 8. The condo was bigger than I expected and the view was amazing. the perfect property for us
For the first time in years I had my adult children under one roof (spouses in tow) and this property was perfect for us in every way. We loved the views, the beach access, and the central, yet quiet location. I would stay at 407 again and again.
