“Queens Folly” is a classic oceanfront condo with everything you need for the perfect vacation. You will especially enjoy breathtaking views of Folly Beach at sunset from this end unit. This updated condo has an open floor plan allowing the ocean views to be seen from the fully renovated kitchen as well as the living and dining area. There is a formal dining table for eight as well as extra seating at the bar. The private balcony, which also seats eight, can be accessed from the living room or master bedroom.
The master bedroom has ocean views, a king bed, a flat screen TV, and a renovated bathroom with dual sinks and a spacious walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV, and private en suite bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen bed and shares a bathroom with the fourth bedroom, which has a bunk bed configured with a full bed on top and 2 twin beds on the bottom.

Charleston Oceanfront Villas is a gated oceanfront complex located steps from the shops and restaurants of Folly Beach. These villas feature 2 oceanfront pools, 2 elevators, private covered parking, and amazing views. The pools at the Oceanfront Villas are open seasonally from April 1 - October 31st, weather permitting.

The temperature of the pools is not controlled, and will largely depend on the outside weather conditions. Building management is responsible for the upkeep of the pools and elevators on the property. They may close either of these amenities for routine maintenance or cleaning as and when required.

Parking is limited to two spaces per villa and passes are complimentary. If additional parking is desired, it is at the discretion of the building management and based on availability. If additional parking passes are available, guests may elect to purchase them, but the cost can range up to $100 per pass.

***The City of Folly Beach has scheduled beach renourishment for this spring. The project will start at the West end of the island at the county park progressing towards the pier in blocks. The completion is slated for August. While this is welcomed news given the recent erosion from storms and high tides, we realize the potential for disruption based on the project’s timing. We are committed to ensuring your vacation experience remains enjoyable. While most of the beach will remain publicly accessible during the construction, there is a possibility that certain sections of the beach, typically about 500 feet at a time, may be temporarily closed off. The active work area moves every 5 to 7 days on average. Due to so many external factors, we have no way to predict an accurate timeline for when the project will be at any given location. However, if we anticipate in advance that the project may affect your stay, we will be reaching out to you.
