The oceanfront deck offers stunning views across the beach and of the Folly Pier. Shake up a summer cocktail at the custom dry bar and head out to the balcony to enjoy an unmatched view of the surfers, dolphins, and sunset.
With each bedroom equipped with brand new furniture, beds, and mounted televisions the entire crew is sure to comfortably find their spot in the condo. Prepare your beachside snacks in the fully stocked kitchen and spend the day in the sun at one of the two oceanfront pools or on the beach. The villa also has both a Keurig and regular drip coffee makers.

Awesome Vacation!
We have traveled extensively throughout the world, and this condo is TOP NOTCH! The beds are extremely comfortable and brand new. All of the bedding is soft, comfortable and clean! The unit has been completely updated in 2022 and is luxurious. The views from the 3rd floor are enjoyable, the beach is great and the 2 pools on the property are a fantastic bonus. The town of Folly is more fun that we ever imagined. All of the restaurants have fantastic food and are always sharing their southern hospitality. Everything is walkable. Amazing decor, stunning view, spotlessly clean. Stayed here last weekend- completely renovated with beautiful new furnishings and amenities. Spotlessly clean with well-stocked kitchen With all new glasses dishes and cookware.The view is so gorgeous from the condo- even though it was cold outside we felt like we were on the deck.
