“Carolina Gold” is a 4 bedroom/3 bath villa conveniently located in the well loved Charleston Oceanfront Villas complex. With 3 king beds and 2 twins beds you can easily accommodate 8 people. The neutral hues are calming while the cozy furniture and locally inspired decor remind you of the beach paradise by which you’re surrounded. Listen to the sounds of the waves from the condo length balcony or from the well appointed kitchen which has stainless steel appliances including a French door refrigerator, range, microwave and dishwasher. The condo also has a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Stay in and cook a meal with the family while watching the beachcombers and surfers near the Folly Beach Pier.
The master bedroom (king) suite has its own private bathroom with two sinks and huge walk in shower. The king bedroom suite has access to the balcony and a flat screen TV. The second bedroom (king) has a private bathroom. The twin bedroom and 3rd king bedroom share a bathroom.
This condominium is located very close to an elevator, which will take you to either of two private beach side pools and easy beach access. There is convenient gated parking for two vehicles included. You will also enjoy the close proximity to the popular Folly Beach Fishing Pier. It is a very short walk to Center Street, the downtown area, where you will find most of the restaurants, shops and nightlife that casual Folly Beach has to offer. This home makes it very easy for you and your family to enjoy your coastal vacation and still take advantage of easy access to the restaurants and sights of Charleston.

Charleston Oceanfront Villas is a gated oceanfront complex located steps from the shops and restaurants of Folly Beach. These villas feature 2 oceanfront pools, 2 elevators, private covered parking, and amazing views. The pools at the Oceanfront Villas are open seasonally from April 1 - October 31st, weather permitting.
The temperature of the pools is not controlled, and will largely depend on the outside weather conditions. Building management is responsible for the upkeep of the pools and elevators on the property. They may close either of these amenities for routine maintenance or cleaning as and when required.
Parking is limited to two spaces per villa and passes are complimentary. If additional parking is desired, it is at the discretion of the building management and based on availability. If additional parking passes are available, guests may elect to purchase them, but the cost can range up to $100 per pass.

Wife's 60th Birthday Surprise
My wife believes there's nothing better than relaxing on the seashore. This property fit the bill perfectly. Three floors up with a great view up and down the beach and just an elevator ride and a short walk to the sand. Plus the surrounding area has everything you need for supplies. Overall, a great time!

Beautiful Weekend Getaway
Girls trip to Charleston. Folly Beach was the perfect retreat and location to stay. Great property with lots of room and comfortable beds. Loved the ocean view and location!

Cannot beat this view

We had a wonderful time. Great mangment company! Condo was very clean and very well stocked.
The Dunes Property Mangement were great. Always there with any problems. Kept me well reminded of all i needed to k iw. they were even able to extend our check out! it saved us because we had a car that had to go to the shop inorder for us to go home. Helped us out so much!!!

Great place, great location
My family (5 adults, 2 children under 7years of age) came here for a 5 day stay in August and simply loved the place. The place was stocked with all the amenities you could want. We even made cookies one evening, and was surprised to find an electric mixer plus all the items needed to bake with. Location was perfect. We had a great view off the balcony and were only steps away from the beach. Would definitely recommend this place to families or large groups

Amazing time in Paradise
The property in general was beautiful! Very clean, all updated, and it was like a home away from home! We have stayed at Charleston Ocean Front Villas for years, and it can be a hit or miss with who is managing the condo. We have found the check in experience with this specific property management company (Dunes Properties, Charleston Coast Vacations) was amazing! Their specialist Tracy was incredible. All the difference in the world! A smooth check in and true attention to detail with the specialist. She made sure that we were taken care of from beginning to end! Loved our stay! 5 Star for sure! Will book again with This specific company.

Fall break
The location was convenient, kitchen was well equipped with utensils. Overall stay was enjoyable. Be sure to visit Bert’s Market within walking distance if you need anything. If you don’t need anything visit anyway for a sandwich, ice cream or simply take a look around. It’s great!

The condo was beautiful, clean, great location. The check in process was easy. Loved that we did not have to worry about linens. They truly made everything easy for us. My only wish would have been to check in a little earlier.
