"Flamingo Sunset” is a gorgeous 4 bedroom/3 bath villa located on the first floor of the Charleston Oceanfront Villas. This homey condo is the ideal accompaniment to one of our premier beach homes, “The Pink Flamingo,” 507 East Arctic Avenue. The tile flooring and decorative accents make for clean, crisp lines and a tastefully nautical atmosphere. The kitchen, dining area and living room all share the ocean view provided by floor to ceiling windows. A sliding glass door opens up to your fully furnished, private balcony. The living room provides ample seating and a large flat screen TV. The dining area seats six with additional seating for three at the bar counter. With stainless steel appliances and marble counter tops it's the perfect place to cook a meal for your family or friends. The first of four bedrooms has two twin beds and shares a bathroom with one of the queen rooms. The bathroom has double sinks with marble counter tops. The third bedroom features another queen bed with attached bathroom. The master bedroom faces the ocean with access to the oceanfront balcony. The en suite bathroom has a double sinks and a glass tiled walk in shower.

This particular villa faces west, looking straight down the beach for a view of the western section of Folly Beach as well as views of the inlet that shapes the island. It is also located directly behind one of the two beach-side pools. Additionally, the location provides a protection from the intense summer sun as well as the light winds that may come from the north/northeast. Charleston Oceanfront Villas is a gated oceanfront complex on only 15 minutes from historic downtown Charleston and just steps from the shops and restaurants of Folly Beach.

Charleston Oceanfront Villas is a gated oceanfront complex located steps from the shops and restaurants of Folly Beach. These villas feature 2 oceanfront pools, 2 elevators, private covered parking, and amazing views. The pools at the Oceanfront Villas are open seasonally from April 1 - October 31st, weather permitting.

The temperature of the pools is not controlled, and will largely depend on the outside weather conditions. Building management is responsible for the upkeep of the pools and elevators on the property. They may close either of these amenities for routine maintenance or cleaning as and when required. The pools at the Charleston Oceanfront Villas offer an excellent opportunity for a refreshing dip in the summer months, but it is essential to plan accordingly based on their seasonal operation and external weather conditions.

Parking is limited to two spaces per villa and passes are complimentary. If additional parking is desired, it is at the discretion of the building management and based on availability. If additional parking passes are available, guests may elect to purchase them, but the cost can range up to $100 per pass.

***The City of Folly Beach has scheduled beach renourishment for this spring. The project will start at the West end of the island at the county park progressing towards the pier in blocks. The completion is slated for August. While this is welcomed news given the recent erosion from storms and high tides, we realize the potential for disruption based on the project’s timing. We are committed to ensuring your vacation experience remains enjoyable. While most of the beach will remain publicly accessible during the construction, there is a possibility that certain sections of the beach, typically about 500 feet at a time, may be temporarily closed off. The active work area moves every 5 to 7 days on average. Due to so many external factors, we have no way to predict an accurate timeline for when the project will be at any given location. However, if we anticipate in advance that the project may affect your stay, we will be reaching out to you.
