The beach access runs parallel to the home and is a quick 2 minute walk (450 feet) from the house to the beach. Take a leisurely stroll on the beach with your family & friends and go for a refreshing swim in the ocean. You’ll see local wildlife, find sand dollars, whelks, and a variety of other seashells when you go shell hunting! Come home after a day of fun at the beach and make yourself a five star dinner in the luxurious open kitchen. Then cozy up on the couch and wind down with your favorite beverage by the relaxing gas fireplace.

Our Home’s Layout:
On the ground level you will find the pool and hot tub nestled under the house for privacy. You will also find access to two separate garage ports for ample parking. Just around the corner to the left of the home, you will find the entry point to the public beach access.

On the first level, you walk into the grand foyer and are then welcomed by a spacious living room with plenty of natural light peaking through the row of windows. On this level, you will also find four of the five bedrooms: The first bedroom is off to the right of the living area and is one of two master bedrooms in the home. This bedroom features a king bed, sleeper sofa, private bathroom and private porch access. The second bedroom across the hall from the first master features a full bed and private bathroom. Off to the opposite side of the living room, you’ll find the third bedroom with two queen beds, hallway bathroom access, and private access to the screened in porches. Just across the hall, the fourth bedroom features a queen bed, queen pull out sofa, and private bath. Plenty of sleeping space and privacy for everyone!

As you continue up the stairs to the second floor, you will find the 5th secluded second master bedroom. This master suite includes a king bed, sleeper sofa, private fireplace, private bathroom with jetted tub & shower, and a private balcony. Walking out from the master suite is the grand living and dining space attached to the kitchen. From the grand living space, continue out onto the open bright and airy lounge decks. From the lounge decks, take the spiral staircase up to the rooftop deck and enjoy the stunning panoramic views of the Atlantic ocean. This gem of a home has truly has it all!

PRIVATE CONCIERGE: The house comes with a private Concierge who is available before, during, and after your stay! The concierge will be your primary point of contact during your vacation and will coordinate with you prior to your arrival to meet you at the house to review all of the inner workings of the home, assist you with luggage, and answer any additional questions you may have about the house. .Additionally, your concierge can assist with booking beach gear rentals, organizing grocery delivery, questions that may pop up during your stay, and anything else you may need for the perfect beach vacation.
BEACH GEAR: Book this home and get free beach gear! With stays of 4 to 14 nights, you will receive a credit towards renting beach gear for your stay.
PARKING: You will have plenty of parking with garage and driveway access. A maximum of 7 vehicles will fit if all spaces are used. Please be advised that street parking is not permitted in this neighborhood.
