COVID-19 Response

At Charleston Coast Vacations, the safety of our guests and employees is an uncompromising priority, and we are closely monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19). We are consulting the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), and the World Health Organization’s to understand the evolving situation.


  • As of march 24th, the city of folly beach has banned short term rentals (less than 30 days) until april 30th. We have cancelled all reservations & provided ref
  • Our health and safety measures are designed to address a broad spectrum of viruses, including COVID-19. Our cleaning products include disinfectants designed to eliminate viruses. We are cleaning all our properties after guests leave, and taking additional precautionary measures prior to the arrival of the next guests.
  • We currently have no employees who are symptomatic. Any employee who develops symptoms or has been in contact with anyone who may be symptomatic has been asked to stay home. Again, the health and wellbeing of our guests and employees are extremely important to us.
  • Where applicable, we are utilizing digital check-in/out, keyless entry, and email/chat/phone communication to lessen in-person contact.
  • Our offices remain open, but with the majority of our staff working remotely in accordance with state and local government recommendations.

  • AS OF MARCH 24TH, THE CITY OF FOLLY BEACH HAS BANNED SHORT TERM RENTALS (LESS THAN 30 DAYS) UNTIL APRIL 30TH. WE HAVE CANCELLED ALL RESERVATIONS & PROVIDED REFUNDS.
  • ON MARCH 24TH, THE CITY OF ISLE OF PALMS WILL BE CONSIDERING IMPLEMENTING SIMILAR ORDINANCES DURING AN EMERGENCY CITY COUNCIL MEETING. WE ARE MONITORING THE OUTCOME AND WILL REACH OUT TO ANY GUESTS AFFECTED BY THE DECISION.


If you are experiencing any signs or symptoms of any illness, or have been in contact with anyone who has, we politely request that you stay home and not travel at this time. We have temporarily relaxed our cancellation policy to accommodate this request. Please understand that we may be experiencing high call volume at this time, so concerns and questions may be emailed to vacations@dunesproperties.com
