With a combination of contemporary and traditional beach decor, Paradise Found on Folly beach is the perfect getaway location for any kind of group or family. The colorful combination greets you as you walk in and let you know you are someplace special. This 4th floor beachfront condo is located in the center of the complex and has a private balcony with great views of the Folly Pier. One King bedroom, One Queen bedroom and Two Twins in the third bedroom all which host large, flat screen TVs. The living room TV boasts a 60" HDTV to watch your favorite movie after a sunny day at the beach! Charleston Oceanfront Villas is a gated oceanfront complex only 15 minutes from historic downtown Charleston and just steps from Center Street, where one can find the shops and restaurants of Folly Beach. This condominium includes amenities such as 2 oceanfront pools, 2 elevators, private covered parking, and amazing views.

The pools at the Oceanfront Villas are open seasonally from April 1 - October 31st, weather permitting.

The temperature of the pools is not controlled, and will largely depend on the outside weather conditions. Building management is responsible for the upkeep of the pools and elevators on the property. They may close either of these amenities for routine maintenance or cleaning as and when required.

Parking is limited to two spaces per villa and passes are complimentary. If additional parking is desired, it is at the discretion of the building management and based on availability. If additional parking passes are available, guests may elect to purchase them, but the cost can range up to $100 per pass.

***The City of Folly Beach has scheduled beach renourishment for this spring. The project will start at the West end of the island at the county park progressing towards the pier in blocks. The completion is slated for August. While this is welcomed news given the recent erosion from storms and high tides, we realize the potential for disruption based on the project’s timing.

We are committed to ensuring your vacation experience remains enjoyable. While most of the beach will remain publicly accessible during the construction, there is a possibility that certain sections of the beach, typically about 500 feet at a time, may be temporarily closed off. The active work area moves every 5 to 7 days on average.

Due to so many external factors, we have no way to predict an accurate timeline for when the project will be at any given location. However, if we anticipate in advance that the project may affect your stay, we will be reaching out to you.

In the small chance the project directly affects your beachfront vacation, we will work closely with you to discuss options.
