Feel at home on your beach vacation with accommodations for up to eight guests in this three bedroom, three bath villa!
Each bedroom in this villa has its own tv, standup fan, and cozy atmosphere! The first bedroom on the left has a queen bed, and across the hall there's another bedroom with a queen bed and an en suite.
Moving throughout the condo, you'll reach the beautiful kitchen and dining area, both with views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean! Closest to the oceanfront balcony is the living area with access to the porch, and the primary bedroom is located right behind the living room, with a king size bed, an en suite bathroom, and its own access to the oceanfront balcony.
This villa has an unbeatable location. Located on the West end of the building, “Sunset on the Rox” has a direct ocean view that is complemented by the largely residential West end of Folly beach. Be sure to check out the amazing sunsets from the oceanfront balcony. These are truly some of the most impressive on the east coast.
Because of its location, unlike other villas, there is no need to wait on the busy elevator system! The condo is located just steps from stairs leading down to the west pool and beach access. This key location allows for quick access to Folly Beach fun! The Charleston oceanfront villas are centrally located on Folly Beach. You are only a block away from the Folly Beach Pier and Center Street. This makes going to grab a quick bite to eat or drink a breeze. Keep the car parked and take a stroll! You are within walking distance of all the goings on. The Oceanfront Villas feature two oceanfront pools and two community elevators for guest use!
Extra Amenities include: Flat screen TV/'s in every room, Bluray Players, Updated Appliances, Coffee Maker, Toaster Oven, Kettle, Waffle Iron, Renovated Bathrooms, and with Tile & Hardwood Floors!
Charleston Oceanfront Villas is a gated oceanfront complex located steps from the shops and restaurants of Folly Beach. These villas feature 2 oceanfront pools, 2 elevators, private covered parking, and amazing views. The pools at the Oceanfront Villas are open seasonally from April 1 - October 31st, weather permitting.
The temperature of the pools is not controlled, and will largely depend on the outside weather conditions. Building management is responsible for the upkeep of the pools and elevators on the property. They may close either of these amenities for routine maintenance or cleaning as and when required. The pools at the Charleston Oceanfront Villas offer an excellent opportunity for a refreshing dip in the summer months, but it is essential to plan accordingly based on their seasonal operation and external weather conditions.
Parking is limited to two spaces per villa and passes are complimentary. If additional parking is desired, it is at the discretion of the building management and based on availability. If additional parking passes are available, guests may elect to purchase them, but the cost can range up to $100 per pass.

College grad getaway

Our youngest daughter just graduated from college and to celebrate we booked a trip o folly beach. The condo was great. Six adults had more than enough space to be comfortable. The location was ideal, right on the beach with easy access to all activities down town. We also went into Charleston twice and it is an easy ride to and from. We had a great time and would definitely go back

Restful Thanksgiving

Glad we were able to celebrate Thanksgiving with our son...who is serving in the Navy close by. This condo was in the perfect location, on the beach and walking to town with welcoming shops and restaurants. There was plenty of space for us and a new kitchen, which made cooking very easy. Can't wait to return!

Folly Beach stay

The condo was in a great location on Folly Beach, close to the main drag with the shops/restaurants. It was also a great location within the building - easy to access on the 1st floor. Condo was well-appointed and people within our group commented about the quality of the furnishings. No issues to report over the course of our stay and we would definitely stay at this property again in the future.

The unit was clean and well-stocked with necessary items (i.e. kitchen utensils). The building is in a great location (close to shops and restaurants) and the unit is in a great spot within the building. The unit had nice furniture with plenty of seating. The 3 bedroom, 3 bath setup was great for our family. The patio was spacious and had a great view. The credit we received for beach gear was great - we had chairs and an umbrella and they were delivered right outside our door. Communication about the check-in and check-out process was solid and smooth. We would definitely stay here again and we really liked the Folly Beach vibe!

Amazing place and location

After living in the Charleston area years ago I never went to Folly Beach. We decided to come here for Christmas and so glad we did. The condo was amazing and only steps from the beach. The condo had everything we needed and more. Will definitely come again.

Great week relaxing at "Sunset on the Rox"

The condo was a great fit for our family of 7. It has an amazing location in the complex at the south end with easy access to the beach entry gate and overlooks the pool. Beautiful ocean view with lots of seating on the patio. Based on how the condo is positioned you can not see the pier or the sunrises from the patio and have to physically go out onto the beach to see both, but well worth the early morning walks to catch the sunrises (gorgeous). The condo has all of the amenities. Bathrooms and kitchen are all newly redone and very clean. The kitchen has everything you could ever need. Appliances are all very new and well kept. The kitchen actually has too many things (cabinets could use a good purge and organization). There is little room in the cabinets or drawers for pantry items if you go grocery shopping. Outside of that the place was perfect with great drawer and closet space in each of the bedrooms. Lots of great restaurants in walking distance (Rita's, Loggerhead's, Snapper Jack's, Washout, Woody's Pizza). We parked our cars when we arrived on Saturday and didn't need to drive anywhere again until we left the following Saturday. There are grocery/shopping carts in the complex garage that make unloading and loading up your car very easy. We used Harris Teeter grocery delivery and the service was amazing so didn't even need to go to a grocery store. You can select your delivery date/time 7 days in advance and time slots go fast. Great experience and great location for our first trip to Folly.

Loved this condo

This condo was wonderful. So very nicely furnished and maintained. Kitchen very well stocked with high ended appliances and accessories. Very clean, very very comfortable. Beds very comfortable and view was spectacular. Will for sure be here again. Only complaint is the bed sheets they provided will NOT stay on the bed. All nightly long continually pulling them back down. The mattress is thick and these are not deep pocket sheets so bring your own sheets.

We found “ Sunset on the Rox” to be extremely clean, even more so than past experiences in various beach homes selected from other realtors. This co do is located in the heart of most of the restaurants in Center Street, making easy to walk to. We found correspondence with the realty to be very quick and efficient. We loved our visit and hated to leave. We will definitely be back!

Best balcony on the beach!

Loving the beach and the outdoors as we do, this was the perfect condo. The large balcony has an unobstructed view of the beach towards the county park, and because of its angle it is shaded all day long. We were able to enjoy everything from breakfast to lunch to evening cocktails on the balcony, which also had a nice breeze at all times. Aside from the balcony, the condo was great as well. Very close access to pool and beach. Nicely furnished, had everything we needed. Easy walking to all restaurants and shops. The only negative was the complicated thermostat, we could not figure out how to get it to stay down so it got a little stuffy in the back bedrooms at night. There was a tower fan in each bedroom, which helped move the air a bit. The rental agency was good to work with, we were able to check in a bit early, they have a drop off box for early checkouts, and when we asked for an extra fob for access to the beach/pool, they gave us one right away. Would definitely return!!

Great views, amazing food, best location in Folly

We decided to try Folly Beach for our annual 4th of July vacation and we are extremely pleased with our choice. The condo is furnished nicely/comfortably and close to pool and beach access. There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance or take advantage of the nicely equipped kitchen. We have a 2 year old and highly recommend Baby's Away Charleston for renting cribs/strollers, they are set up when you get there and ready to go. Unfortunately the a/c went out in the unit during our stay however Mark with Dunes Properties got a tech out that evening to diganose the problem and when he found out it could be a while till fixed he had some window units brought up the next morning. The tower fans in the rooms helped greatly. The a/c was replaced the following evening and was back up and running with minimal disruption. We give the highest recommendation to this condo (especially cause it has new air), the Folly area, and Dunes Properties, we will definetly be booking with them again.

If they say it's all about location...

...then Sunset on the Rox has it all! We were a party of 6 adults and having 3 bedrooms (all with good mattresses) each with their own bathroom was great. The condo is fully equipped with everything we needed, especially the kitchen. The living room was spacious and the deck (which faces the ocean) was perfect for evening cocktails and snacks. Good restaurants were within walking distance. Try the Lost Dog Café for breakfast, The Grill for dinner and finish the night with cocktails at Loggerheads. We plan to make this an annual trip and stay at Sunset on the Rox.

The rental is in great location - an easy walk to the beach and restaurants in Folly Beach and a quick drive to Charleston. The pier is next door and a great place to watch the sunset. The condo was a great space for six adults - the bedrooms were spacious and having three bathrooms was convenient.

Would go again

The weather was colder than normal for this time of year and windy, but we had fun. The unit was as described and we didnt need anything. Everything was clean and worked. Easy access to the beach and pool from this unit. Island Hopper Boat Charters was great fun. We had a little difficulty with the parking pass as it is the same as the pool pass and we did not know that.
