This 4 bedroom & 4 bath oceanfront villa is refined and relaxing in the same step. The kitchen separates the space between the bedrooms with two of the 4 bedrooms located at the entrance. The two others are located on opposite sides of the living room. Both oceanfront bedrooms, and the living room all share ocean views courtesy of the floor to ceiling windows. They also share access to a very long balcony which runs the entire length of the villa. The only thing separating you from the sand and the surf of Folly Beach is Charleston Oceanfront Villas’ beach side pool located right in front of this property, which is fenced in for private usage.

Each bedroom has its own fully renovated bathroom. The two oceanfront rooms of this vacation rental also have double sinks. The primary bedroom, however, is in a class all its own. In addition to an especially large room, it also has a huge walk-in shower; a gluttonous point of relaxation after a day of relaxing on the beach. The kitchen has been expanded to have a larger footprint than other condos, giving you more space to prep and cook! The kitchen utilizes custom, white shaker cabinets, and elegant granite counter tops for a high-end feel.
The living & dining room feature coastal hues which are sure to encourage relaxation. There is also plenty of seating for your group in the living room with two large sofas. Enjoy dinner at the high top dining room table - perfect for taking in the ocean view. In addition to its beach side location, this property is also within walking distance of Center Street, the hub of the city. Almost all of the restaurants, shopping, and nightlife of Folly Beach can be found on Center Street. The largest downside might be the difficulty you experience trying to leave once you’ve experienced a "Sunset to Remember.”

Charleston Oceanfront Villas is a gated oceanfront complex located steps from the shops and restaurants of Folly Beach. These villas feature 2 oceanfront pools, 2 elevators, private covered parking, and amazing views. The pools at the Oceanfront Villas are open seasonally from April 1 - October 31st, weather permitting.

The temperature of the pools is not controlled, and will largely depend on the outside weather conditions. Building management is responsible for the upkeep of the pools and elevators on the property. They may close either of these amenities for routine maintenance or cleaning as and when required. The pools at the Charleston Oceanfront Villas offer an excellent opportunity for a refreshing dip in the summer months, but it is essential to plan accordingly based on their seasonal operation and external weather conditions.

Parking is limited to two spaces per villa and passes are complimentary. If additional parking is desired, it is at the discretion of the building management and based on availability. If additional parking passes are available, guests may elect to purchase them, but the cost can range up to $100 per pass.

***The City of Folly Beach has scheduled beach renourishment for this spring. The project will start at the West end of the island at the county park progressing towards the pier in blocks. The completion is slated for August. While this is welcomed news given the recent erosion from storms and high tides, we realize the potential for disruption based on the project’s timing. We are committed to ensuring your vacation experience remains enjoyable. While most of the beach will remain publicly accessible during the construction, there is a possibility that certain sections of the beach, typically about 500 feet at a time, may be temporarily closed off. The active work area moves every 5 to 7 days on average. Due to so many external factors, we have no way to predict an accurate timeline for when the project will be at any given location. However, if we anticipate in advance that the project may affect your stay, we will be reaching out to you.
